I know, I know, I should be professionally fit, but just as a general idea, if I'm 6'3" and have a 34" inseam what size frame would you recommend? (tri bike)

I've been "fitted" at a bike store (they stepped back and looked at me and was SURE a 60 was perfect).
I've tried a few online formulas and have found 56-60 cm suggestions...

Based on my height and inseam, would you say I'm all torso/no legs, or all legs/no torso, or evenly balanced? Its hard for me to tell, I've never really compared myself to other people...

Thanks

it is, a 59cm at least. I don't see a 56-58 at all. Some Tri-Guys lean small but still.... Presuming that your meas. are dead accurate, you're not so leggy. Fit can encompass more than just frame "core" size; stems, saddle set-back, crank length can be manipulated. Choosing one brand over another will buy you a longer or shorter top tube, other geometic changes as well. Only custom will allow you to select singular, specific dimensions. DO take a second (third, fourth or hundredth) inseam meas.

Depends on which bike companies 60, I suppose.

34" inseam and 6'3" seems fairly proportional.
