Touring - ready to roll

Spent the weekend overhauling the touring rig. my old body is almost ready, got some money tucked away Just waiting for winter to give way to spring now. I got pedal fever again, for now ILL do -3 week rides and home a week till grabaawr XVll in june then head to points west and then on to new zealand

Hope to see you in Wisconsin in June Catfish! New Zealand is a trip I'd love to make. Is your trip there for bicycling?

yea Gus Im there, got 3 buddys excited about it too, first time for all of us.

IM headed to warm climate for some miles maybe attack part of the southern teir 3 weeks on 1 week off. New Zealand in the late fall is a bike tour I Lived and worked on the south island in the 80's and did motor cycle trips cant wait for the return trip on a bicycle.

Hey Catfish, i`m planning a trip to Newzealand as well, only a bit later.
I intend to leave at the beginning of january 2003 for six months, hope you`ve got some good storys then! :cool:
