Will be in Bay Area this weekend, working on the rental, looking for rides maybe Saturday afternoon, surely Sunday a.m.

The rental is in Antioch, however, from there can glide to BART and get all over th' place!

In that case your best option is for a ride in East Bay. BART doesn't extend far enough in to Peninsula for some of the more fun rides.

Got out on home loop from th ol days EmpirMine was the high point. The other roadie was tiedie lady I think... But she wears leopard print now? Well she may not recognize me neither.

The Paskanta 100 m out&back would be around New Year... the Chico Corsa Yahoo group, or Rodney's Chico Cycling blog would be good places to look!

The leopard print lady was out again this morning! We crossed paths at exactly the same spot, weird... she'd have to be formerly tiedie lady, who rides that Empire Mine all the time...

And, was that Zippy just heading out at about noon today on Empire Mine?

Well, with my new (from xmas) bike and some more miles, just ripped my old best time from the bollards to the gate and back by 2:34, heehee!!

I was out on Empire Mine around noon Sunday (minus cccorlew) Was that me you saw? On my pretty red Ruby?
Also, who is the tie dye/leopard lady? I often see a woman, usually in a black tank top and no helmet, doing repeats out Empire Mine Road. Is that who you mean?

So that was you then l'Pony! Heh, was seeing spots just then...

That was me in the polka dots... the leopard print Empire Mine repeating person was just ahead of you; when I used to ride that stretch frequently, a rather serious rider in tiedie was out there almost daily, very likely the same person, same riding style, and rather private.

Hope t' see you, ccorlew, crazylegs, and the rest of the crew from Joels' East BF century again some day, and would like to meet more of y'all'n's too, nat'ur'lly. Hi Taxi!
