Great news! Of course if the NCPD would patrol and ticket speeders and DWI's.....but oh yeah they are short staffed so they would rather sit at the local DD. :)

Nice how none of the cyclists or skaters in the Newsday pic are wearing helmets. And we wonder why others don't take our safety seriously....
