Hey

A friend of mine just started cycling. He lives in Ontario and is looking for some good group rides. He wants to race, so I'd like to give him a ride that is fast. Any suggestion for rides/teams in that area?

Try Incycle, shop borders Chino and Ontario, 60 fwy and Mountain ave, south of the 60, east side of Mtn. Ave.

I believe they have weekend rides, the Cow Ride. Group ride but I heard they do sprints at certain sections. They might have one or two rides durign the week but I'mnot sure. Maybe call the store for details.
