Hello to all. Some years ago I purchased a yellow Record lugged steel track bike from the Alpenrose velodrome in Portland Oregon. I never new too much about the brand, but was told it was Italian. No serial # or stamps in the frame. I recently saw a black record road frame on e-bay with the same decals. The only one I've seen. The seller listed it as Guerciotti, but someone else said it was Russian. The decals say Record Cycles Special, with the rainbow pattern. Headbadge is an R similar to Rosin, with rainbow circle. The russian records I've seen do not look like this. Can anyone help me find out more about this bike, Thanks.
