I have a yellow lugged steel track bike purchased from the Alpenrose Velodrome in Portland Oregon some years back. I was told it was Italian, although the frame is not stamped anywhere, and I've never seen another. There is a Record road frame on e-bay with the same decals listed as Guerciotti by the seller. A viewer chimed in that it was Russian. The downtube says Record. The seat tube has Record Cycles Special with the rainbow pattern twice. The Headbadge is R similar to Rosin with rainbow circle. The russian records I've seen pictures of do not look like this. Can anyone tell me anything more about the bike. Unfortunately the decals are very badly worn on mine, and I don't think a photo would help. Thanks.
