Hard to tell much from the size of the picture. But, if you can get it for $150, and it fits you, I'd say go for it.

$200 is OK. $150 better
NOW that I know that it's NOT RSX
Oh I'm sorry, it's 50cm. I'm 5'4, so something in my size is hard to come by. So it's a pretty good deal?

It'll fit fine, good find I'll say

That bike in the picture sure looks like a 54. Here's what a 50 looks like. Note how close the top tube comes to the down tube. They just about touch. Also, bike looks older than mid 1990s, but C/L sellers often/always get the age, size, model, brand, etc. wrong. Take a tape measure if you haven't seen it yet.

I was thinking the same thing as wrk101. When did bikes stop using down tube shifters? Looks like a late 80's, maybe early 90's. How many speeds does it have? Probably 7. I don't know about your market, but on the West Coast it would probably bring upwards of the 200 mark if it's in good shape mainly because Specialized anything is very popular here. Although the small size may hurt a bit.

That bikes a 54cm, and I didn't catch the part about RSX or not. RSX isn't bad stuff.
$150-$200 here.

Looks like a 90's based on the brake lever, crank and RD design.
It's definitely a 50cm. I checked it out and measured it today. I ended up buying it for $130 and the componenets say RX100. Sorry for my noobness on bikes, but is that different from the said RSX parts?

RX100 is different from RSX, but they're both fine and fit in the price ranges quoted. I find it odd that a 50cm has that kind of gap on the head tube between the down tube and the top tube, but if it fits you, that's the ticket. $130 is excellent. Clean it up, piece by piece, lube, adjust, ride.
Size doesn't matter when it fits right.
$130 is deal.
RX100 is a half step better than RSX.
