I will be using them for pedicabs.

Looking for something under $80 - $90 and readily available online.

48 spoke
front 100mm sealed bearing hub
14mm axle
double (or triple wall) rim

For the rims you can use some Sun kingpin rims.They have them in 48h and are not alot of money.
There are some on Ebay for 15.00 each new.
Odyssey has a closeout page on their website,They have hubs on there for 28.00 each.

other than what 26 in said, good luck finding what you're looking for, for under $90. stuff's expensive nowadays.
