Oh yeah.

Nemo Gould is the artist and I saw some of his stuff last night in Berkeley. He does some amazing things, especially if you're into the 1950s-retro-robot-sci-fi thing. Some of his bike creations are really cool.

The parts used on this one: Baseball bats, circular saw blade (as disc brake), wheel chair wheels, parts from: railings, a meat grinder, vacuum cleaners, an industrial cooking pot, child’s bicycle.

Here is his site if anyone is interested: http://www.nemomatic.com/nemomatic/portfolio.html

Also saw a bike outside that caught my eye (sorry about the crappy iPhone quality):

That must be the latest thing in softtail suspension technology.

Laterally stiff, spirally compliant!

I think Litespeed has a bike with one or more twisted tubes, but not two tubes twisted together.
