Now my goal is spend about $30 or less " depend on material or stuff i find on the street " and i few question

1.I want to use 3/4 or 1" pvc pipe/fitting and i want to hold 100lbs or less what kinda dimension will i have to set it up

2.now for the wheel as i came to 2 conclusion ether a single wheel drive from " front fork with a wheel " or a get 2 front wheels and modify them with the necessary part to make in to a drive.......which is the best ways

3.now the rear i have a problem i have " my rear kickstand, fender, rear mounted rack " and after some consideration i came up with a design for a hitch

is call for
3 x 1" 3/4 pvc pipe
3 x 1" 3/4 90 angles

and is like a one piece crank design but i notice is that if i do that i will put pressure not only in the under carriage of the rear rack but also on the shock now is this the best ways to fix my problem or is there another way

This:http://www.carryfreedom.com/bamboo.html is what I was planning to build, until I lucked out and bought a Burley flatbed at a yard sale for 50 dollars

I made a homemade trailer, and just used front and rear wheels from a kid's bike. One has the unused coaster-brake hub on it, but that doesn't hurt anything either.

The simplest trailer is made from 3/4" plywood with two 4" slots cut in it for the wheels. Use front wheels and 4 angle iron pieces. The tow bar can be made with hockey stick or bent tubing and the hitch... well, rope makes a good hitch... if you know how to use it.

I picked up this trailer/stroller for $30 and stripped everything down to just the wheels, tub, and hitch. Added some netting I found in a trunk at U-Wrench it for $1.
