Hi,

I want to create a basic website for my business. Doesn't need to be flashy but I don't want godaddy ads all over it either. Any leads on the best way to go. I'm am non technical and have no coding skills but i'm not (too) stupid to learn something. If anyone could put together a basic site at low cost then I'm willing to pay, but can't afford a full blown design service.

Also, any tips on the best place to host said website?

Thanks all,

Tom

Thanks. This is the kind of thing I was looking for. I wanted personal recommendations rather than "the best website evar" links from google.

I use 1and1.com. Had no problems so far.

I've had a site with Yahoo small business since 2003 and it's OK. It's very simple. I made it using their templates and some Word files.
