Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

When I was an itty-bitty training-wheeled elbow-guarded biker, my spokes had these awesome little plastic things that would slide rhythmically up and down from nipple to flange and make a noise like a rainstick without enough spikes inside. They were all kinds of neon colors and molded into cool shapes. My tike-whip is long garage-sailed away, and I want new ones for my road bike. What are they called? Where can I find them?

"spokee dokes"... or what we manly men use as stall indicators when we are tearing up the trail.
Any family oriented bike shop should carry these and I like to randomly attach them to people's bikes so always have a few in my pocket.
