Pretty beat and too tall for the fixed gear guys. They killed the deal when they stripped it.

Sure, it WAS a good bike. I would be worried about the rust even though the seller seems to dismiss it. Who knows how bad it is until you can see it in person.
I realize it's an odd ball big size but I would be cautious.

i am an oddball size lol. 6'6"
Not that much. What you got is a pretty beat up 531 frame with some really cool lugs. The size is pretty rare and that probably adds a bit to the value. But, if you are planning on building it and making a rider, you are looking at a minimum of $100 striping and powder coating with lots of praying that there is not lots of rust in there...

Well, it sure was interesting watching this auction end. eBay sniping at its finest. It went from $142.50 with 10 seconds left and jumped 3 more times until it ended at $207.50

I wouldn't pay - even if I were Bill Gates - more then $25 for that thing. Waste of time, and it'll only rust again. God only knows how the tubing looks on the inside.

It is nicked up pretty good, but the frame doesn't seem bent. Hopefully a good paint job or powder coating will solve the cosmetic issue.
If they aren't twisted wrecks, older Paramounts always sell. Some schmuck the other day bought a good looking 1972 chrome Paramount for $4500.
