123224I recently asked if anyone could help me identify a certain track bike purchased at the Alpenrose Velodrome in Portland Oregon some years ago. Although my bike is yellow, I found pictures of a road frame with the exact decals. The only other I have ever seen. The decals on my bike are badly worn. Also the road frame has star lugs, my track frame heart lugs. I was told Italian, but recently heard maybe Russian. Any help, Thanks.
