Pocono pa has been hot and extremly humid . 4 days ago I wieghed 216 , then 212 and today I weighed 207 . In april I wieghed 247 . Its so freaking humid sweat pours off ya . When I stop in to get some water and gator aid , I smile:) and say , Im sorry Im sweating in your store LOL . Yea , the dog days are here for sure . Im riding earlier in the day and also at night .Man , biking is way cool :)
