There will be a cross race on Saturday and Sunday November 7/8th in Blacksburg Virginia. Reg here: http://www.pre-reg.com/Users/RacerMain.aspx?Type=1&EventID=352. This is a mix of collegiate and USAC racing. For those of you who did it last year you will remember how great the course was and you race under the lights. Thats right night time cross racing under the lights. This years course will be different but still include the log jam and some long off camber slogs. Be prepared to get off your bike and run too! Last years event got great reviews. Hope you all can make it out here, there's not a a whole lot of cross racing in the area that weekend so come on out.

Really? Crap I didn't see that one on the calendar. Well our audience is mostly Tn and NC anyway.

And you know it's almost impossible these days to get a date with nothing going on. I guess this is a good thing. Well the show must go on!

NC has two races in Charlotte & Salisbury as well.

Well, I had a pretty decent time. I was running well in the 4s, in third place on lap one. But I rolled a tubular going into the steepest hill and lost a lap getting to the pits and fixing it. Oh well. The men's collegiate A race was about 4 laps too long and I struggled to finish. I was pretty happy to see Reid lap me the second time!

Team mates did pretty well though. Quinn got a bunch of 3rd places and Will managed to win collegiate C on Saturday!
