I thought he was a gonner at 22 seconds into it. Imagine doing that without suspension.

What is even tougher to imagine is that it seems to be a race. He was not the only crazy guy around. They surely had some crashes. Aside from a dozen hay bales close to the end, the rest of the circuit doesn't offer very inviting crash barriers.

I got to ride a friends 8" downhill bike. That suspension is cushy! It was like riding on a marshmallow.

Red Bull (http://www.redbull.com/cs/Satellite/en_INT/Sports/Bike-Sports-/Mountainbike/001242752861652) does some awesome events. I used to live in St Paul MN, they do a race through the skyways (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZZqrN4fyI0s).
