I see what you meen, I guess it's "bobbish" as I've read. Still a nice bike, really nice. Another observation; it appears to be a 56cm(maybe55) . I could be wrong and I realize that Colnagos are meas. CT and offer every size in cm increments but still for a bike in that range, I'd ask or try to "tick'm" into meas. something.. The S.O. hieght makes sense though given the stated size.
The bike's worth it. It's been lightly ridden. It's a great bike that could fetch more.

This is what happens when you try to turn a champagne-sipping Italian runway model into a "get me a beer, I'm watching the game here!" maid. Don't worry, that stem extender is easily removed. Just make sure you have plenty of Champagne on hand.
...and you gotta know that this bike is made in the 21st century, btw
+1 Nice bike, worth the price.
+1 May not be a 58.
Do you know if that fork is original? Looks pretty ugly on that otherwise sweet bike. If its a replacement, I would be concerned about a possible crash.

Is it just me, or is that front chainring freakishly huge?

The owner either has a back or neck problem. I know because I have the latter. Their problem must be substantial because those bars have been raised about 6 to 8 inches above the stock setting. Note that the bars are about 2-3 inches above the saddle. While I too have to raise the bars, mine are set at the saddle level or 1/2 inch below.

Looks like one of those situations where the seller might have been better off to adjust the bike some before putting it up for sale. Swap out the stem, reroute the cables while rewrapping the bars, make it look good for the next owner instead of functional for the current owner.

I've seen other high end race bikes given that same fitting treatment and wonder at why the owner didn't just buy a bike that fit him and the way he rides. Why spend Colnago or Trek Madone money to get a premium hybrid.
Treebound, I'm betting the owner of that bike does none of his own work and probably knows little about bikes.
