A single speed freewheel that has the body size of a multispeed freewheel to compensate chainline with out dish/spacing a multispeed wheel?

There are spacer kits for freehubs, but I don't know of any screw-on freewheels that are wider to compensate.
Sounds like you need a simple single speed cassette hub. King makes his extra wide for adequate chainline adjustment.

And Im not 'in the market'. I was just curious. Good idea though.

eh, but if you do that to your road bike then you're stuck with vertical dropouts. I suppose it's good for making stripped threads replaceable.
