Foo - Will the parents get mad ?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I'll be handing out these bad boys to the little trick or treaters tomorow.

Eh, I'd toss them out if my kid came home with these. I wouldn't make a big deal out of it, though.
Hmm odd choice of candy - I haven't seen those since I was like 8 years old. Something tells me that the kids are going to be disappointed with those- I'd go with peanut butter cups or something.

Sure to draw some outrage from some members of the community. Sounds like that is what you are looking for.

Some people will get outraged over just about anything. I read in the paper yesterday where some folk in Tenn. are upset that the governor is planning on having a "holiday tree" instead of a "Christmas tree."
Some folk feel that the term holiday tree is offensive. Personally I don't live in Tenn. & I could not care less what they call their tree.
I don't think the kids would even realize that they were supposed to be cigarettes....

yes they will. I know I did when I was a kid. I still never smoked.

I agree, they will stir up outrage in the community but worst of all, the kids probably will not like then because they taste like chalk. Safe your money!

Today's kids will just hollow the candy out and use them for blunts.

I wouldn't advocate for those. I recommend Peanut butter cups or M&M's instead

Gobs of peanut butter would be preferable. Candy cigs taste like crap. However, not nearly as bad as the real thing.
I wanted to give out PCad HTFU Fridge Magnets, but they have not been made yet.

I liked the Popeye candy cigarettes as a kid and would buy them with along with jaw breakers, gum balls and a couple of comic books on allowance days.
If it was my kid, I wouldn't care. Halloween is for eating candy. The "don't smoke" lectures would continue the next day.

That's just rude.
Unless you gave them out with these. Then, it'd be okay.
