Glad to find this forum, I have a problem I got both bikes yesterday and it seems the pads on the hardrock are rubing the rotor. I would like to fix it myself instead of going back to LLBEAN. I see the three allen screws on the caliper but not sure how to adjust. Don't want to try and then LLBEAN says you messed it up. My wife loves the rockhopper it's her first bike. I want to ride but must fix my brakes first. Starting to wish I got one with rim brakes.
