Ok I don't know much about bicycle mechanics so I am just going to describe it the way I see it. Whenever I put it into the 8th gear and start pedaling there is a weird grinding feeling like my chain is rubbing against something and it doesn't feel smooth. I tried to put oil on it and it didn't work. Anyone knows how to fix it? Btw the bike is brand new.
