On Saturday, November 14th, health and fitness guru, Chris Carmichael will be at JFK University's Pleasant Hill campus to engage with the community about his coaching, his career, and to promote his new book, The Time Crunched Cyclist: Fit, Fast and Powerful in Six Hours a Week.
Session 1 Noon - 1:00 pm with Book signing 1:00 - 1:30 pm
Session 2 2:00 - 3:00 pm with Book signing 3:00 - 3:30 pm
The cost for attending a session is $20 for the general public. Discounts for groups of 10 or more are available.
A Free Fitness Expo will be held from 11:30 am to 4:00 pm on the JFKU campus, offering information on the latest products and services available for cycling, endurance sports, health and fitness.
