Died today, suicide.
Was one of the guys involved in that horrific crash that killed Isaac Galvez.
Depression seems to be the reason.
This sport is filled with so much tragedy, you'd think we were in the Gladiator days.

Damn. Depression is horrible, I've been there. He was probably pre-disposed genetically, and then thinking he killed another rider put him over the edge.
RIP, and my condolences to his family.

I think depression hits hard on cyclists when compounded with the endorphin withdrawal from being off the bike.

Down time is horrible for many pro athletes.
Too much time to think about their selfish existence.
Better to keep busy with a heavy scehdule of racing/training/travel.
