So I rode both days on the Tour de Julian this weekend. www.julianactive.com if you care to go looking and see the ride profiles.
30 miles on the road Saturday with untold amounts of climbing.
19 miles on the mountain bike Sunday with untold amounts of climbing. I'm serious, someone finally made an out and back ride that was actually uphill both ways. :p
Perfect weather both days. Pie at the end of both rides.
1. Way out of shape. 56 miles on the road bike odometer this year. 30 were from Saturday. Yuck.
2. I've never sweated so much. My helmet was a crusty salty mess this weekend. Ick.
3. I'm an idiot for signing up for these on a year I've barely rode.
4. If anyone gives a rip, I can facebook link you to the pics.
That is all. Happy Sunday!
