Look is a great carbon frame and many pro teams ride them. $750 is a good price for a 261 but be sure that it is the right size for you. Also the 261 I believe is out of production. I'm not sure but check to see what year the frame was produced and if it will still have a warrantee. The older carbon frames were not as "robust" as the current models and if you are a bigger rider (185#+) a carbon frame may not be right for you. I've seen 461's for around $1,100.00 on the web so you might want to spend a little more and get one of these.
Look also use English BB's and a 25.0 seat post so if you are looking to swap parts off of your existing bike check these against what you allready have. Hope this helps.
