General Cycling Discussion - People I've missed...

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Friends on BikeForums shouldn't be taken for granted!

Pete, I could have sworn you had more posts than ten! What happened to them?
Cheers Pete,
It's always good to have a reminder!

Pete's right.
What happened to Ranger Jake for instance? His last post was in early December.
And dirtsqueezer last posted in August.
And I know there are several others who haven't posted for a while.
What's going on?

Hi Stump. Last time I checked, Bren still ran her Bicycle Forum refuge on Yahoo, although it had not been getting many hits. B'Bob and D'Fox do hang around here, as well.

I seem to recall Stewart was going to be without Internet Access for a while following change of job, but as for the others???
Richard
I got all the ones Joe mentioned so far.
Of course unless they have email notification of PM's turned on, it won't do any good to PM anybody--unless Joe turns it on...

I've gotten a reply from Marcy S, but she hasn't said whether or not I can give you guys an update. I'm waiting for a reply on the subject. I will tell you she is alive and well.

I'm still around. Ski season kept me off the bike forums and I was spending waaaay too much time on the 'puter anyhow. Good to be missed. Thanks for the PM Fubar5!

I have lost the BicycleForum.com database which contained 2000+ members and their email addresses. I swear I burned it onto a CD for future reference but I just can't find it anywhere. I hope it is not lost forever.
RE: how's the hands-
the hands are better but I still have to be careful how much time I spend on the computer. I check email every day and spend a few minutes here and over at ebay. That adds up to about 15 minutes a day which is about all I can safely handle.

I think he said , he will check his e-mail every so often and would answer if he thought it important.
