Hey!
I just bought a set of 105 flight deck compatible shifters, but the seller says that the front shifter is for a double crankset. Aren't all new (2003+) 105 front shifters compatible with both?
Thanks for any information.

Yes they are. I recently went from triple to double and had no trouble with the change over. I also had to change the rear derailleur, bottom bracket and (obviously) the crankset to a double chain ring. No amount of fiddling in the world was going to change this.
