I've always wanted to do that one... not this year. Bring low gears!

Haven't decided if I'm doing it or not. If I do, I'll probably do the first hill or two, then declare victory.

Motherfreakingpussbucket.

Had I known about this, I would have done it without even thinking twice.

Is there a mailing list or something so this travesty doesn't happen again next year?

I decided I'm in for the first loop. I'll be the slow overweight middle aged guy on a Ti Motobecane :-)

Irene : Back from Tour Das Hugel! I was in the saddle for 10hrs and completed 91 miles. In reality, it was impossible to stay in the saddle for nonstop 20% grade climbs. Im proud to say I only walked my bike up a climb once...it was 26% grade! Who knew Austin was the F#^&ing hilly!

Who knew Austin was the F#^&ing hilly!According to this guy from Pittsburgh who visited Austin, Austin is basically completely flat. (http://clicknathan.com/2008/10/17/bicycling-comparing-pittsburgh-to-austin/) (his exact words.)

(Yes, I did add some choice comments, and mentioned this very ride ...)

Congrats on your 91 miles. I did the first loop because I had family stuff to do. How did you like the High Road?

I was posting info from a friend (Irene) that rode the 91 miles.
What you see is all she wrote on another site.
