Chicken thighs with cherry tomatoes, olives, capers, and lemon, with broccoli and green lentils (made with garlic, onion, celery, carrots, and chicken stock - yum).

Then some stupid jerks at work brought in a bunch of junk food, so probably a cookie for desert because I have no self control.

"Burrito". The stuffing is tvorog, canned tuna, tahini paste, greek, and plain yogurt with some spices mixed in.

The wife and I are on Day 9 of the Idiot Proof diet-VEGGIES ONLY day. Had a nice salad with 3 lettuces, onion, broccoli and cheese. I am actually getting used to it. But if I don't sneak some turkey or chicken before the day is over it will be a miracle.

My doo doo's literally fly out of me because i squat on the toilet, I'm on the toilet for about 5 minutes tops usually and i have large bowl movements. I probably use less toilet paper then the average person as well...

Diets don't work, changing your lifestyle works. The reason they do not work is because pretty much all are over restrictive and do not teach what and how much to eat. So after initial weight loss people go back to their old eating habits and gain it all back. Then they go on another diet. This is where the term "yo yo" dieting comes from. Case and point, the parts I highlighted.

someone needs to make a compilation of these quotes.

my bowel movements are fierce like that of a bear defending its cubs. It's quite violent, not quick and usually ends in tears. I probably use a lot more toilet paper than the average south eastern asian village.

Chicken with feta and sun-dried tomatoes, along with some leftover broccoli. Also included was some truly awful summer squash that my wife asked me to try. Never again will I be fooled by summer squash.

And my feces are nicely formed, usually it's like giving birth without pain.

Dude, it's November! Try that summer squash next August and see if it tastes any better...

Accordingly, I had a spiced Moroccan stew with winter squash and a quinoa pilaf and it was delightful.

I was gonna say the same thing about summer squash. It has to be small and freshly prepared. I would never bring it in to work for lunch.

A bowl of home made ratatouille with a chunk off a baguette. Yumm and lasted all afternoon.

I once met a mad Brit in Morocco who claimed that he knew a local boy who had walked all the way across the Sahara, eating nothing but dates and bread. Mebbe so . . . Never ate better dates in my life, even if I did have to wave the flies off them. Don't think I ever had better bread, either. And the mint tea! And the Blue Men! Don't get me started . . . I'll have to go fire up the old Beamer again.

My gastroenterologist had a patient who came with photos of her excrement. Must be a fun job. If you were as old as I am, you'd have a gastroenterologist, too. They teach 'em in gastroenterologist school that every American has a $1000 bill hidden in their rectum and it's their job to remove it.

The wife and I split a Spaghetti Squash, a couple spoonfuls of Romano sauce and some group up Dill Havarti cheese. YUM!
