Chocolate/coconut cookies. Catering service at my University has them. Only reason to go to half the talk... :innocent:

I thought you were going to be talking about browser cookies :).

I like good ol' fashioned Nestle Tollhouse Chocolate chip cookies - right out of the oven of course. The Pillsbury cookie rolls are great too.

... before they are baked - yes I love cookie dough!

Also love a good oatmeal raisin or vanilla shortbread cookie. And hate to say it GS - Thinmints!

Raisins are an unholy abomination and heresy in baked goods.

I like me some chocolate chip cookie bars a la Luddite.

Molasses. I only have them around the holidays when we visit my parents. I'm too lazy to make them any other time of the year so I just eat the ones my mom bakes :) Soft, frosted, omg yummy.

Oatmeal chocolate chip, trail mix cookies, or these dark chocolate chip ones with a mint glaze from my Nigella cookbook.

I agree with her. Far too many times in my life have I espied upon beautiful oatmeal cookies with dark spots and stuck one into my mouth and said with a shade of disgust, "Darnit! These are raisins, not chocolate chips!!!" The deception must be stopped!

For Christmas my mom makes me peanut butter cookies with Hershey's kisses on them. I don't know what they are called, but they are my favorite.

Two kinds - the first are those peanut butter cookies with the kisses in the middle (I eat the cookie, then the kiss), and the second is a kind my high school used to make - it looked like an ordinary chocolate chip cookie, but was filled with cocolate mousse. MMM!
