does anyone know if the polar HRM bike mount fits on over-sized (31.8mm) handlebars?
i've search with google for an answer, but found nothing definitive.

Here is another way to take care of it

G'day,

I have Cinelli 'neo' oversized handlebars. I'm not sure of the diameter where the HRM bike mount fits, (the Neo's taper out from the stem),but I didn't have any difficulty fitting mine. Probably just don't use as much of the plastic 'tie'.,

Yep, mine fits just fine with a little ribber shim (included) on the opposite side of the stem where it slopes down, two zip ties and Bam!
No need to crank it down either, I keep mine a little lose.

The Polar Bike Mount fits on the bar right next to the stem with no problem.
