Cotic are currently best known for their steel hardtail MTBs and the Roadrat - a much praised alternative to the Cross Check with a sloping top tube and disc mounts, as well as every braze-on known to man and horizontal drop outs.

They're now showing off this seriously sexy Reynolds 853 bike. Racing at the moment at the hands of Kate Potter, likely to be on sale in winter 2010, probably with disc and canti mounts. No sign that it will go the Roadrat route of having horizontal drop outs. I really like the look of this frame - it has a horizontally ovalized top tube to make it easier to carry for the racers but MTBish slope.

It looks pretty, but I'm not a fan of a sloping TT. I find it awkward to shoulder.

That's a nice high bottom bracket on that frame. I like. I agree though, the TT is a pain like that.
