I have a Peugeot U08 from the 70's that I recently bought. I have to pull on the back brake handle very hard to get the brake to move. The cable near the back brake handle moves when I squeeze on the handle while the front brake cable doesn't move when I pull on its handle. What is wrong? I think it is a problem with the cable and the cable casing. If this has already been covered, please link me; I searched for a few minutes and found nothing. Thanks for any help.
