Did you want to start it in C&V, or the C&V Marketplace? The Marketplaces are restricted to upgraded membership only to start a thread.

Just in C&V. It just worked.
I had been trying for half an hour though. Haha its funny how frustrating things are when you know it should work but it doesnt.
"AAAHHHHH!!!!"
