Brake shoes that is, new AVID Single digit 7's and a Nevegal. Now to see some new terrain. and find a new back road to a new Coffee stop. Finally I found some brakes that will stop my Clydesdale frame.

Don't know what tires you had before, but those Nevegals are great. Mine seem to be shedding some cornering knobs lately though...

I lost knobs on my velociraptors. I ride about half pavement half dirt. I slow down on pavement corners now hoping to preserve my tires.

The Kenda is WAY superior to the front Velociraptor. The rear is about the same in on-center traction but the Kenda has a lot more side traction (you can really tell on things like wet roots.)
