Hi I'm just getting in to cycling due to an injury in my primary sport. I am a powerlifter and have a knee problem that precludes me from squatting or deadlifting. I want a way to train my legs w/o lifting weights, so I have started cycling. I'm not your typical road racer. I'm 5'8" and weigh-in at about 260. I am not too out of shape and have been puting in about 75 miles a week, but I was wondering if there is some place I could find training tips, advice, etc. for Clydesdales. Are there any specific web sites out there, or other resources?
