Dude - GF is in REALLY pissy mood - she's not a football fan - and I've been hunkered down all day :)
But thanks for calling. That was a great game! Vandenberg threw three picks but I feel really good about the future... the guy has an awesome arm, and we have him for three more years... Stanzi will still be the starter next year - and he'll probably play in the bowl game, but if he doesn't come back 100%, we've got a fully capable backup. Nearly the entire team comes back, with the exception of Arizona, the tough games are at home, and we are also packed with some great sophs and freshmen. I think we're going to be tough the next few years, assuming Ferentz doesn't jump to the pros.
But hopefully we can beat Minnesota at home next week, finish 10-2, and go to a nice bowl game, like Cap 1.
I'll try catching up with you later this week.
