I'm excited I just bought my first road bike today, get to take my first decent ride with it tomorrow, cant wait! Sorry just had to share, I'm pretty excited about this. It was awful tonight seeing all these people (40+ throughout the night) ride by knowing I had to wait until tomorrow to take mine out for a spin. ahh cant wait

I know how you feel. I've been doing a lot of travelling in the past five weeks. I've been home all of six days so far in that amount of time. I'm currently sitting in a hotel room at a conference in San Diego and I see a lot of folks out on their bikes during the day. Even though I don't have a new bike, I still have that same anxiousness to get out and ride.

Congrats on the Allez! BTW, you know that it's an unwritten BikeForums rule to post a picture of your new bike don't you? ;)

Congrats on the new bike...I know what you mean. I ordered my new ride last week (Allez Comp) and it's supposed to be ready tomorrow for me to pick up and get fitted on...I've been bouncing off the walls in excitement and can't wait to take it for a spin.

I went out for a ride last nite, but I swear I was just bumming because it wasn't on the new bike.

I know how you feel as well. I ordered my new frame on May 20th and it is finally being shipped today! I can't wait to ride my new bike!!!
