Can you guys compare the Felt TK2 to the Giant Ominium and Jamis Sonik and Fuji Trak Pro... any other considerations in the 1-2k price range? What is the weakest feature on these bikes?
I am looking for something where I can get into a fairly aggressive position for individual pursuit. I am assuming I can just swap out the stem an bars on a track bike with regular bars with TT bars?
I noticed the Giant, according to their website at least, has a pretty long head tube, which would make me think it will be difficult to get a very flat position(?). As it is on my TT bike, I have a 120mm had tube and Deda newton Pista stem and it is still too high.
Other thoughts - I am not sure I care about the saddle, as I have one already. Wheels - If going by purely depth, the Fuji's are 46mm vs 42mm. Are track wheels all tubular by default or no?
I imagine my Flashpoint 80 front wheel would be faster than these.
