I'm trying to do a century in every state. So far I have 10 down and 40 to go, and MO is one of those 40. I'll be moving back to IN in December, so I'll be relatively close and I want to cross it off the list in 2010.

So what's the best century in MO? I tend to put route difficulty ahead of support, size, etc. I would prefer spring or fall, but I could change my mind for the right ride.

I understand that exact dates might not be set up yet, but I want to get an idea of what's out there.

If you like difficulty try something in the Ozarks (south western Missouri).....other than that the Katy trail (pretty much from St Louis to Kansas City) would suffice!

Are you looking for an organized ride? If so check out the following links

Trailnet Ride The Rivers (http://www.trailnet.org/century.php)
I have not done this, but I have talked to several people who said it is pretty well done.

STL Biking (http://stlbiking.com/forum/index.php?showforum=3)
Several mentioned here.

There are also two Tour de Cures in the area, IL and MO, that I believe can be made into centuries.
