Nope, I work at MSG. Down in the back by the loading dock there is a few bike racks there, usually it's patrolled by MSG Security and is reserved for messenger bike lock ups. That's where I would keep it during the 9-5, at night I think it's well lit to thwart any theft but don't quote me on that since I'm not here at night.

Where in this day and age do you even get the idea that you could bring a bike, folding or not, into anywhere? There are stupid questions and then there is the one you just asked. Use your head.

A law was passed this summer that allows bicycles to be brought into commercial buildings for place of employment. There were some additional amendments made that might have included something similar to what the OP is asking. I think my last recollection is that I could bring a bicycle inside my work (@ MSG) after 120 days since the law was passed and that I could access my floor through the freight elevators.

As someone who supports that bike access law: I sure hope not.

I don't think it's appropriate to bring a bicycle, folding or non-folding, into an environment like Madison Square Garden. Hotels, restaurants, sure fine no problem. But a massive and crowded concert hall?

Either learn to lock up your bike securely and hope for the best, or take public transport. There's only a half dozen subway lines and the LIRR right there.... ;)

Obstacle's response was pretty damn rude and uncalled for. However I gotta say, as a Brompton owner, it's small, but not briefcase small. I'd say it's roughly the size of a rolling suitcase except wider and more square.

It's been a while since I've been to MSG for a Knick game, but I remember that the seats are crammed in as much as possible. I don't think it's possible to squeeze your legs and the Brompton into one seating space.
