From my experience it's hard to get stuff like that.
There's guys down here (Australia) who scans images from magazines, etc, and makes a set of stickers for about $40 US.
So, I'm sure there's someone in your area that could do it.

Check to see if you have anyone in your area that paint's bicycles. They tend to have an "in" on getting decals.
