It looks like the Garmin recorded the entire ride but not the GPS coordinates and stuff for the first 13 or so miles. When i plugged it into the PC the Training center software was totally wrong, but when i uploaded it to Garmin connect it showed all the distance and stuff. Not sure what happened but here is the route.

I ended up doing the 70 mile route. It was a poorly marked ride. We missed the last rest stop.
It was just like the name says!! It was horrible!

Good on ya for the 70 miles. Sorry to hear it was poorly marked; I hate when that happens on rides. Our Tour de Cure this summer had one corner marked with a left-arrow Dan Henry on the street, and a right-arrow sign stuck in the grass at the turn. D'oh! I wonder how many people made the right and got all the way to the bottom of the 2 mile hill before finding out it was a wrong turn...
Here's mine.

I had a good time and will be back. I'm definitely improving as a climber. I have my eye on the Cherohala Challenge and the Six Gap Century in 2010. Met some nice people.
By the way Big Lug. I would be terrified doing 46 mph down a descent. All I would need is something to fly toward me or a rodent scurry out from the side of the road. Hitting the pavement at that speed would not be pretty. So I hit the brakes on the descent from Sugarloaf.

I've had some similar problems with my Garmin. I finally uninstalled the Training center software completely and it seems to be better.
Heard some other complaints about the marking it becomes particularly difficult when you have frequent events over the same routes. Markings from the previous events (depending on color) don't fade fast enough. Our club does marking for several events here and we try to differentiate the markings but the few times we thought we had it nearly perfect the fog set's in and you can't see them anyway:(

I hate that I couldn't make it down there this year. Already have the time off for the ride next year though...
