OK - Wellhere i am at 181 again - I guess it's better then where I wonce was. Not really willing to do what it takes to lose a ton - but glad I am holding pretty steady.

This week:
Mon - nada
Tues - Run 3.25 (man that is hard!!! and I am only going 11 mph)
Wed - cardio & weights
Thursday - Run 3.25
Saturday - Ride 48
D|Sunday - Cross Race maybe - The Bee does Cross? Who knew?

OK - HAd a fun weekend -Rode in a century in Claxton (104+miles) with the new beau. Ok well we were both riding - but somehow he went a ton faster - but he did wait up at the rest stops. Not sure that qualifies as riding together.

Finally,

After 3 weeks of knocking on the door I hit the 239 lbs. mark. Whew!!

This week I'm going to just try to maintain or lose a couple of pounds.

end: 238

Weighed in at 298lbs this morning. Goal is to hit 296 by next Monday

Mon - Week 7 of my Couch to 5k program (ran 2.5 miles)
Tue - Weights (arms) & 40 minutes on the bike
Wed - Week 7 Day 2 of C25K (run 2.5 miles)
Thurs - Weights (chest & arms) & 40 minutes on the bike
Fri - Week 7 Day 3 of C25K (run 2.5 miles)

Sat - Shoot for at least a 20 mile ride
Sun - Maybe go for a jog or just relax :)

Thanks Beanz!! I have a long way to go weight loss wise - but have had fun riding. As requested some pics of the Bee's 104 mile ride! For those of you who say why is this woman posting a pic here? I have lost weight, but this year have been just holding steady or gaining a little - but it's a lot smaller than I was and an achievement to stay in this range. Hopefully will lose again soon. (When I get determined)....

That's it and on a more topical note - off to run 3.2 miles which I feel is so much harder than riding 104 miles! That is very stange. How can I ride 104 miles (15 avg alld ay and find it less hard than going on the treadmill for less than 40 minutes????)

I've had a rough couple of weeks, but have my weight going in the right direction again. I'm down to 261 for a total weight loss of 95 pounds. Ran my first mile in 20 years today.
Sunday washed house and deck.
Monday weight train back, sholders and biceps/ ab work in morning
Tuesday morning spin/ afternoon run/walk
Wed. morning abs/ afternoon weight train legs
Thursday Ride 10 miles/am abs
Friday Weight train chest and triceps
Sat Ride 20 miles

Lost 3 lbs this week, down to 235. Still need to work on my snacking while wacthing football though. Goal for the week is to hit 232
