Indeed it is. I find it convenient because I don't have to call someone to ask a pointless question. Plus I don't have to hear people's voices. :^P Other than that I realized I wasn't missing much.

I've heard of folks developing severe carpal tunnel from using their blackberry extensively.
Right now research is pointing to carpal tunnel syndrome as being less from overuse and more from genetic predisposition. Some people have smaller carpal tunnels than others, and those are the ones who are more likely to suffer from overuse injuries.

Actually they're just saying this to cover up the increased rate of hairy palm disease.
