I'm trying to fix my 93 specialized epic road bike which has RX100 group set. I'm wondering if I can use Shimano Dura-Ace SIS-SP41 Derailleur Shift Cable Set. Or do I have to follow certain requirement for the cable and housing to be used with this group set. If so, any recommendation? Thanks,
SP41 should work fine, I'm using it with my Ultegra SL rear derailleur. It's not that critical, I didn't have any when I first put the derailleur on so I used some Campagnolo low friction brake housing without the endcaps and that actually worked fine too.

I believe so. That should have enough length for Brifters, if you are using RX100 DT shifters you only need a very short piece of housing. The inner cable should be standard across the board for shift cables, and about the only difference is stainless steel (which will probably last longer than the bike) vs steel (which will rust and eventually break).

Yes, one is PBK brand and the other is Shimano.

I presume so, although they don't give you a lot of info about it. I use a similar looking Park Tools cutter and cuts both cable and housing fine.
