Northern California - NorCal East, Post Turkey Day ride

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Work off some of that Thanksgiving Feast! Planning to head out from Hagan Park at 9am on Friday the 27th. Including a lunch break at the famed Karen's Bakery in Folsom on way back.
I think I'm going to just ride the entirety of the bike trail. Hard climbing is not something I should be doing much of right now.
I'll be heading West toward Sac from the start.
Anyone interested?

I am a maybe for this. I can't commit just yet because we have family coming in from out of town and I have no idea what the game plan is just yet.

Nevermind I'm out. Family is staying the night so looks like were all hanging out friday. I am probably going to do a short ride thursday morning and something longer on saturday. If anyone is interested in riding either of those two days let me know.
Can't Thursday or Saturday. Bess has both of those days. Have fun.

We're "maybes" for Fri. Kids will be here, one rides but likes to sleep in. We'll know more in a day or two.
There will be a significant (or maybe minor) route change. In light of the hernia that I've been diagnosed with, I should be taking it easy. So I'm thinking I might just ride the bike trail. Minimal climbing to keep the stress level down.
