I was the tall drink of water on orange track bike waiting to enter Tempe Marketplace at the Rio Salado / McClintock Dr. stop light eastbound.

YOU were the the mustachioed man on vintage road bike with bungied basket, red suspenders, cigar in your mouth and a real parrot on your shoulder as you rode South on McClintock.

My girlfriend saw you riding two weeks prior in North Scottsdale and the description is spot on.

I saw a dude similar to that on a motorcycle in Tucson.. The cigar and parrot stick out in my mind. The motorcycle was very vintage and leathered out..

It must have been him. I mean, how many dudes roll down a busy street with a parrot on their shoulders? We've got to get a snapshot of this. He's just simply stunning. Keep your eyes peeled for this Bigfoot of the east valley.

Woah!!!!! i've seen this character. On Baseline, in Tempe.

The Cigar was what i noticed first....then that parrot.....he stopped by on a bike at the Waffle House on Baseline Road next to the US 60.

I saw him driving up the 101 in Scottsdale 8 or 9 years ago. He certainly could have grown a mustache and graduated to a road bike in that time. The pic is from this (http://wayneswhirled.com/2008/01/17/probably-the-weirdest-photo-i-have-ever-taken/) blog.

Holey baloney that must be the same dude! How could it not be? I mean, unless there was a macaw guy impersonator around town. Perhaps he has grown old and weary and switched the motorboat up for an old steel frame. Incredible.
